Payment Policy

At Adore Luxe, we offer secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth shopping experience for both retail and wholesale customers.

Retail Customers

We accept the following payment methods:

  • UPI
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • EMI (where available)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)*

Cash on Delivery (COD)

To reduce fraudulent and non-genuine COD orders, Cash on Delivery is available with a mandatory 20% advance payment at the time of placing the order.

  • The remaining 80% is payable at the time of delivery.
  • The 20% advance is non-refundable if the customer refuses delivery without a valid reason.
  • Adore Luxe reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations, high-value orders, or customers with repeated order cancellations.

Wholesale Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for wholesale orders.

Wholesale customers can make payments using:

  • UPI
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
  • Credit & Debit Cards
  • Net Banking

Wholesale orders are processed only after full payment has been received, unless a separate written credit agreement has been approved by Adore Luxe.

Order Confirmation

Orders will be confirmed only after successful payment or receipt of the required advance payment (where applicable).

Payment Security

All online payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Adore Luxe does not store your complete debit or credit card information.
